Return & Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at info@sweetaromadesigns.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@sweetaromadesigns.com.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
